DELIVERY, PAYMENT & RETURNS
Delivery
Standard delivery within the UK takes 1–2 working days. Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day. For example, an order placed on Monday around lunchtime will typically arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped on Monday.
We work with trusted British couriers, with Royal Mail serving as our primary delivery partner. All shipments are traceable, and in most cases you can redirect your parcel or collect it from a designated pickup location if you are unavailable at the time of delivery. For deliveries to EU countries, shipping usually takes between 3 and 7 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination. Nearby countries such as Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg are generally served more quickly, while deliveries to Southern and Eastern Europe may take slightly longer, particularly during peak periods.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order. Free shipping is available once a specified order value is reached, and the applicable threshold is displayed directly in your shopping cart. We currently ship within the UK and selected EU countries only.
PAYMENT
We offer a variety of payment options to make your experience seamless:

Your payment is processed immediately when you place your order. If a transaction doesn’t go through, your order won’t be confirmed, and no funds will be held—just try again or select a different payment method!
Return
You have 14 days from the moment your order arrives to return it for any reason—no questions asked! Just ensure the game is unopened and in saleable condition, with the original shrink wrap intact and packaging undamaged.
To start your return, simply email us at info@vikosi.org with your order number and a quick note about what you’re returning. We’ll reply with easy return instructions and our warehouse address—no lengthy forms required!
Make sure to pack the game securely (feel free to reuse the original shipping box) and send it back. Typically, return shipping costs are on you, unless we made a mistake.
Once we receive the item and confirm it’s in good shape, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days, credited back to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing parts, or contains the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer—and we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
For defective products that show issues after delivery (which is rare with board games), we’ve got you covered under warranty. Just send us a message along with a photo if needed.
