Ordering Process
Browsing our site is free and without obligation. You can add items to your cart without any commitment — nothing is reserved or charged until you complete your order.
When you place an order:
- Select your products and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your delivery and payment details.
- Confirm your order and make payment.
We’ll send you a confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of your order. This email does not signify final acceptance; the agreement is finalized when we ship your product. This wording is important as we may need to cancel an order in rare cases, and it’s best to handle this properly.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
- The product is unavailable despite being listed as in stock.
- There’s a clear pricing error (e.g., a game listed at £60 for £6 due to a typo).
- Payment verification fails.
- We suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel your order, you’ll receive a full refund within a few business days, hassle-free.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes that can’t be resolved directly will be handled by the competent courts in the UK.
If you are ordering from an EU country, you may also benefit from applicable consumer protection rights available under your local laws.
Pricing
All prices on our site include UK VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout, before payment confirmation. Prices may fluctuate, but you’ll always pay the price displayed at the time of your order.
Occasionally, pricing errors may occur. If a price is clearly incorrect (like a game priced at £60 for £6), we reserve the right to cancel the order instead of honoring it. We won’t cancel for minor discrepancies, only for genuine errors that any reasonable buyer would recognize.
Payment
Payment is processed at checkout. Your order won’t be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed by our provider. All transactions are secured by certified payment providers, and we never view or store full card numbers.
If a payment is reversed or reclaimed without a valid reason, we reserve the right to recover the costs and any associated fees.
Account Security
When you create an account with us, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure. Don’t share your password, and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We may suspend or close accounts showing clear signs of abuse, such as repeated fraudulent payments or abusive contact with our team. This is rare.
Delivery and Risk
The risk for the product transfers to you once the package is delivered to your address or a designated pick-up point. Until then, we’re responsible for any loss or damage during transport — just contact us, and we’ll sort it out.
We strive to meet the delivery times stated on our site, but actual delivery is handled by external couriers, which we can’t fully guarantee. Minor delays can happen, and significant delays usually indicate an issue with the courier, which we’ll help you track down.
Liability
We work hard to accurately describe every product, including images, contents, player counts, and recommended ages. Minor differences may occur between the website descriptions and the actual product — manufacturers sometimes update packaging or colors between print runs. These minor differences don’t warrant a return unless they materially alter the product.
We’re not liable for:
- Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Misuse of products after delivery (lost parts, water damage, pets damaging items).
- Indirect damages like loss of enjoyment, missed game nights, or hurt feelings after a tough loss.
Our maximum liability for a single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Returns
Returns are processed according to our standard return policy, detailed on the Delivery, Payment & Returns page. The 14-day right of withdrawal complies with UK consumer protection rules and applicable consumer rights legislation.
